NaNoWriMo Update Day 6, Flash Fiction & NaNoWriMo Music

The first week of NaNoWriMo is almost over and I am on 18 232 words as of this morning. I’ve been writing a bit before work and hope to get into a strict writing routine again – meaning that I write every day at least once a day. Even if it’s during lunchtime. The NaNoWriMo story is luckily still coming along just fine.

I wrote something for Flash! Friday today – A House in the Country – and have written down a few story skeletons as well, so I think between ending NaNoWriMo and starting revisions I’ll work on some (Afrikaans) short stories. But first I need to finish those 50 000 words…

If you have not yet heard John Anealio’s NaNoWriMo song, do yourself a favour and have a listen to it by following this link to John Anealio’s webpage.
